Found what I needed quickly, and the size options + filters were clear af. Checkout was simple too, no messing around. Worked fine on my phone, so overall no complaints lol.

I ordered a jacket and a couple of pairs of walking socks from Mountain Warehouse. The prices were decent and placing the order was straightforward, so no complaints there. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but the delivery date changed twice, which got a bit frustrating.
The parcel did turn up eventually, and everything was included and in good condition. I just wish the tracking had been more accurate, because I ended up waiting around longer than I’d planned. Not a bad experience exactly, just not one I’d rely on if I needed something by a specific day...

"Solid jacket, better than I expected"
The jacket is actually really good quality. It feels sturdy, warm, and well made. I was a little nervous ordering because I never fully trust customer service to be helpful if something goes wrong, but luckily I didn’t need to deal with them. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Honestly, it actually kept me dry"
It poured pretty much all day, which was so annoying, but at least this did its job. The rain didn’t get through at all, so I stayed dry instead of being miserable and soaked.

I’ve been really impressed with the choice on Mountain Warehouse. One minute I was looking at jackets, then somehow I was checking walking shoes, and then camping bits too. It’s handy having it all in one place, especially when you’re trying to sort things for the family. The sizes and colours are good as well, which makes everything a bit less of a headache...

"My jacket has lasted ages"
I bought a waterproof jacket from Mountain Warehouse over a year ago, and it’s still holding up really well. I’ve used it for dog walks, camping trips, and a few days of proper heavy rain.
No rips so far, the zip still works fine, and the seams are all intact. For the price, I’m pleased with it.

I bought a winter jacket from Mountain Warehouse and, it’s been really good so far.
I mainly wanted something warm for early morning walks, and it’s kept the cold out better than I expected. The insulation feels decent, but the coat doesn’t feel too heavy or bulky, which I really appreciate.
I’ve worn it in windy, frosty weather and stayed nice and warm. It’s not fancy or anything, but it really does the job, and I’d happily buy from them again.

I had a bit of a problem with the zip on a jacket, which was, you know, annoying at first. I got in touch with customer service and, to be fair, they replied after about a day. They ended up sorting out a replacement without too much hassle, so yeah, it wasn’t exactly a perfect start, but they did fix it in the end. Overall, I’m happy enough.

"Tracking could be a little clearer"
My order did show up in the end, and everything inside was totally fine, so I can’t really complain too much. The weird part is the tracking just kind of sat there for a few days without changing, which made me start wondering if the package had actually been shipped or not.
I did reach out to customer service and they got back to me, but it took a bit longer than I was hoping. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, I just think the updates and communication could be a lot clearer.

"Fair shipping, no weird surprises"
The shipping cost was fair, and that’s mainly why I’m giving 5 stars. I was half expecting one of those annoying checkout surprises where the price suddenly jumps, but it didn’t. I was ordering while making coffee on a Tuesday morning, so I really didn’t feel like dealing with extra fees. Everything felt straightforward, and I’d definitely order again if the delivery price stays around the same

I went in looking for waterproof boots and, to be fair, the staff did help me find a pair and they were nice about it. But i’m still angry because it felt like I shouldn’t have had to chase someone down in the first place. If the shop had things better organized, this would’ve been a lot less frustrating.
